Who is in the Bridal Party? What time do you plan on departing for the ceremony? (Leave blank if everything is taking place at one venue) Where is the groom getting ready? And would you like us to cover groom prep if possible? * Who is in the Grooms Party? (please give details) * Any restrictions / anything else we need to know about the ceremony? How many guests are you expecting? * How long will your ceremony be? * Location of reception * Sit down time for the meal * What time are the speeches planned for? * Who is giving a speech (i.e. father of the bride, groom, bride, best man, maid of honour etc) * What time is cake cutting / first dance? * Will there be evening entertainment?
