James
I started photographing and filming weddings whilst I was studying film production at university and haven’t looked back since.
I love my job! It’s the best job in the world! I love getting to know couples, hearing their stories and capturing their day.
Each wedding is completely unique and I can’t wait to tell your story.
I love films. Malin may say I’m obsessed with them. Growing up I spent most nights after school watching them till the early hours of the morning and that hasn’t stopped! After leaving school I studied media at the City of Bath College and then studied film production at the University of Portsmouth. I’ve been photographing and filming weddings ever since.
When I’m not shooting weddings you can find me watching films at home or taking trips to the cinema, walking around the countryside, listening to Bruce Springsteen or eating too many cookies.
It’s a huge honour to be considered for such an important part of your wedding day. I’m always pushing myself to capturing the best images possible. By choosing me as your photographer you have the comfort in knowing that I work to the highest standards.

Malin
Hi, I’m Malin (pronounced Marlin, like the fish!). Originally from Sweden, I have lived in Sweden, the UK, Germany and have now happily settled in the Cotswolds with James!
I studied musical theatre at the University of Portsmouth and have always had a love for musicals and singing.
In our final year of university, we got married, James taught me photography, and we photographed our first ever wedding together!
Since then, we have moved to the Cotswolds and have been growing our business together.
We also had our beautiful little boy, Harrison, in July 2024 who has completed our family.
I love photographing weddings! I love hearing people’s stories and being part of the fun and laughter. Each wedding brings something new, and I love travelling the country to new venues.
Some facts about us:
- We got married in 2019! We met as students at University and have been inseparable ever since.
- We photographed our first wedding whilst at university.
- We had our baby boy, Harrison, in 2024 who has absolutely changed our lives for the better.
- James loves: watching films, reading, cookies and James Bond.
- Malin loves: baking, knitting, musicals and cookies.
- James aims to watch a film every day (although having a baby in the family has definitely made this rather difficult).
His favourite film is probably Lawrence of Arabia or Casino Royale.
